Eco-industrial Development in the UK: A study of the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme from the National Policy and the Business Perspective
The project aims to explore the national policy context of NISP, the regional context of delivery and internal management of the UK National Industrial Symbiosis Progarmme (NISP).
The outcomes of this research would provide policy-makers with the information that would help them to see how the existing policies and regulations need to be modified and new policies and legislation put in place to allow the industrial ecology approach to be used effectively. It would also offer insight on the effectiveness of the regional context of NISP delivery and the internal management system of NISP.
